Soil and foliar selective systemic herbicide designed to combat annual and perennial broadleaf weeds.
ACTIVE SUBSTANCE: 240 g/l Oxyfluorfen
FORMULATION: Emulsion concentrate
BENEFITS: Complete control of a wide range of economically important weeds. A long-lasting effect, protecting crop plants almost until the end of their growing season. Soil properties do not significantly affect the herbicidal effect of Smerch 24 EC. Fallen rain enhances the effect of the product.
As a soil herbicide, Smerch 24 EK forms a film on the soil surface and destroys weeds as soon as they sprout. The product works by disrupting the photosynthesis process of weeds, which is why light is needed for its effective action.
For sunflowers on lighter soils, apply the lower dose.
The higher dose should be used in heavier soils and high weed density.
Depending on the climatic conditions, the effect of Smerch 24 EK is up to 5-6 months.
It can be mixed with most of the plant protection products used in practice.
Given the multitude of formulations, it is good to do a compatibility test between the individual products before mixing.
