K&N Efthymiadis and Certis Europe have created a new joint company called KNE CERTIS, based in Maarsen, the Netherlands.
The aim of KNE CERTIS is to combine the experience, professionalism and resources of the two companies for the development, registration, marketing and distribution of plant protection products, fertilizers and seeds in South-Eastern Europe.
This joint venture will significantly strengthen the presence of both companies in the region, through its work in Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, Albania and Cyprus.
In Bulgaria, we are focused on providing innovative solutions by rapidly expanding our portfolio in field, vegetable, fruit crops and organic production.
In this regard, along with other innovations, the new joint company signed a 5-year contract with Nufarm Europe for the exclusive distribution of their products for Bulgaria.
KNE CERTIS EOOD has been operating since January 1, 2017. Our expanded portfolio and larger team are a clear expression of our commitment to the future development of agriculture in Bulgaria.
